COGEO Partners with Eastshore Alliance FC to Support Growth Initiatives

Berkeley, CA - COGEO is proud to announce its partnership with Eastshore Alliance Fútbol Club (EAFC), a leading youth soccer club in the Bay Area.

Eastshore Alliance FC's mission is to provide the optimum environment to elevate the player experience while fostering growth, development, and positive change within the community. The Club offers a comprehensive soccer experience, as demonstrated by its diverse programs, including Competitive, Junior Allies, Grassroots, Mini Allies, Physical Performance, College Pathway, BEARS Futsal, and Summer Training. Notably, EAFC has been selected for the Top Division of NorCal's Realigned ECNL Regional League for the 2025 season, highlighting its dedication to high-level competition and player development. EAFC operates with core values that are player-centered and emphasize integrity, respect, and a growth mindset.

This collaboration with COGEO will focus on supporting Eastshore Alliance FC's growth and development goals. COGEO will provide expertise in two key areas: conducting a feasibility study to assess the potential for a capital campaign, and subsequently, supporting the planning and execution of the capital campaign itself. The feasibility study will involve evaluating the Club's fundraising capacity, assessing community support, and developing a strategic roadmap for a successful campaign. The capital campaign support will encompass guidance on campaign strategy, donor cultivation, and implementation efforts.

“The Eastshore Alliance's leadership is to be commended for their decision to commit to the process of working with COGEO,” said Patrick Sampson, CEO at COGEO. “Facilities are the key to independent operations and leveling up the club’s ability to take their future into their own hands. It’s a paradigm-shifting moment for the club - we couldn’t be more excited to guide them on this journey and produce an end result that benefits members of the club for generations to come.”
