COGEO Led Fundraising Workshop at 10th Annual NJYS Soccer Summit
Harrison, NJ — COGEO is proud to announce that New Jersey Youth Soccer (NJYS) selected COGEO to present at the 10th Annual Youth Soccer Summit, held in collaboration with Red Bull New York (RBNY) at Sports Illustrated Stadium on March 1st. The event brought together club directors, administrators, and youth soccer leaders from across the state to discuss the evolving landscape of player development and organizational sustainability.
As part of the summit’s lineup of industry experts, COGEO’s Managing Director of Consulting, Rob Kusel, led a specialized breakout session titled "Proven Professional Fundraising Tactics." The session provided youth soccer organizations with a strategic roadmap for diversifying revenue streams beyond traditional player fees, focusing on the long-term financial health required to support programming.
The COGEO workshop demonstrated how youth soccer organizations can transition from reactive, short-term fundraising to a proactive, board-driven development model.
By including COGEO of notable speakers in this cohort, NJYS continued its commitment to professionalizing the youth soccer ecosystem and providing its member clubs with optimal operational resources.
