Delaware FC and COGEO Announce Strategic Partnership to Launch Capital Project Initiative

Wilmington, DE — Delaware FC (DFC), the state’s premier representative for elite youth soccer, is proud to announce a formal partnership with COGEO to spearhead a transformative Capital Project. This collaboration marks an important investment in the future of Delaware’s soccer landscape and the long-term development of its players.

As the competitive representative of the Delaware Youth Soccer Association (DYSA), Delaware FC is dedicated to providing a professional pathway for players to compete at the highest regional and national levels. To support this mission, COGEO will lead a multi-phase effort to evaluate and execute a major capital raise for the club’s facilities and growth needs.

The partnership begins with a comprehensive feasibility study to determine the optimal financial goals and timeline for the Club’s physical facilities expansion. This process includes stakeholder interviews, an assessment of internal organizational readiness, and the development of a professional case for support to articulate the Club's vision. Following the planning phase, the partnership will transition into execution, leveraging wealth screening, CRM optimization, and strategic advisement to engage qualified individuals, foundations, corporate partners, all forms of government, and educational institution partners. This structured approach will ensure that Delaware FC builds the sustainable financial infrastructure necessary to match its ambitions to provide world-class facilities for its players and the permanent organizational change to continue this work well into the future as a new core competency
